I thought it would be fun to post a blog of some of my favorite shots. That way I can show my pictures and talk about why they are special to me. I hope you enjoy and come back often!

The following shots are of my daughter, Staci. She is a very willing subject so I end up with lots of images of her. She is currently working on a CD of her original songs, and this photo shoot was mainly to find pics for her album jacket.

This first shot is of her in Paintsville Lake. She is wearing a dress she bought at Goodwill...yes, I said Goodwill. If you are going to trash a dress, get it at Goodwill!

We didn't take very many like this...
she was so afraid she would fall and get her violin wet!
I LOVE the way the dress looks under the water!

There was actually a Llama inside this fence. She wanted to have a pic with it
so badly, but it just wouldn't cooperate!

This was taken inside the cabin at the Mountain HomePlace in Paintsville. I absolutely love black and white photography, and the natural lighting from the window brings out the natural beauty of her face.

Staci loves splashing around in the water, and we caught her in a really cute pose.
I love her hat. I couldn't resist getting this close up of her by the lake.
The natural lighting was perfect.

We had way too much fun running around snapping pics in this vintage dress.

I just love this relaxed pose by the lake.
